Hi Girish & Akshay,
I am an alumni of BVB Engineering College. Completed my BE in Computer Science in 2009. The college has been in demand from a couple of years and is apparent with students with rank 200-600 getting into the college.
If you are willing to get a management seat you can get it.
But if you want to try with counselling it will be difficult to get a seat for a rank above 5000.
Here is the range of ranks that can possibly get you into BVB:
CS: 2500-3000
EnC: 1000-1500
Mech (which is a more demanding branch nowadays): 2000-4500.
